  • The Latest and Greatest on Recommended Standards for the NICU

    Principal Judy Smith, MHA, co-presented with Mardelle McCuskey Shepley, D.Arch, professor, Cornell University, will present “ at: The 29th Annual Gravens Conference on the Physical and Developmental Environment of the High Risk Infant, in collaboration with the March of Dimes. February 17-20, 2016, Sheraton Sand Key Resort, Clearwater Beach, FL.

  • Women and Children’s Facilities

    Judy Smith was a guest lecturer for an University of Kansas Architectural Course taught by Dr. Frank Zilm, for the past five years.

  • Creative Coverage of Obstetrics – the Role of Hospitalists, Laborists and Mid Level Providers

    Judy Hager was in Denver providing insight on the latest trends, lessons learned and quality indicators when implementing creative coverage options in obstetrics. For more information about this timely topic, please contact her at jhager@cox.net. Her presentation was in June 2011 at AWHONN (Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses).

  • Should women be patients in children’s hospitals?

    Judy Smith co-presented on with UCSF, OHSU and Stantec on this hot topic at the NACHRI leadership conference in the Seattle area in October 2011.

  • Innovations in Single Family Room Neonatal and Obstetric Unit Design

    Judy Smith was a guest lecturer at the OBNEO Congress, Veldhoven, The Netherlands, February 2011. She presented cutting edge concepts in US obstetric and neonatal couplet care that evolved from international models.
